What you’ll reflect on

The reflection is designed to be simple and useful. It focuses on patterns that often matter most over the long term.

Mobility & steadiness

How your movement feels day to day — and where things have quietly become harder.

Energy & recovery

How well you recover from life and activity, and whether you’re drifting into boom-and-bust cycles.

Sleep & daily rhythm

What your sleep is doing now, and whether your days have enough margin to support repair.

The point is not to “do it perfectly”. The point is to notice what’s true — so your next step can be simple.

Start the reflection

Take your time. If you want to pause and come back, that’s fine.

Longevity Reflection (Survey)

If you’d like ongoing, calm guidance after this reflection, you can read about Longevity Stewardship .

Optional: request a personal written review

If you choose the optional paid review at the end of the reflection, I’ll read your answers and send a short note highlighting:

What stands out

The patterns that matter most (and what’s simply normal change).

Where friction is building

The small pressures that tend to compound if they’re ignored.

One high-leverage next step

A simple, sustainable focus — not a long to-do list.

This is designed as a calm first step — not a sales call. You’re never obliged to continue.
