Who Longevity Stewardship is for

This is for people who are serious about ageing well, but who don’t want their health to become another performance project.

It will suit you if

  • You want calm continuity, not quick fixes
  • You value explanation and good judgement over motivation
  • You want a small number of changes that you can actually keep
  • You prefer written guidance you can re-read and use
  • You’re thinking in years, not weeks

It’s probably not for you if

  • You want intense programmes, tracking, or “optimisation”
  • You expect instant replies at any time
  • You want a guarantee of specific outcomes
  • You want a short course you complete and move on from
  • You’re looking for diagnosis or medical treatment
If you’re not sure, start with the Longevity Reflection. It’s the simplest way to see whether this style of work fits you.

How it works

Stewardship is delivered asynchronously (usually by email). That gives you time to reflect, and it gives me time to respond thoughtfully.

1) Start with clarity

Complete the Longevity Reflection so we’re working from what’s actually happening in your life and body.

2) One focus at a time

We choose one or two changes that reduce friction and support repair — not a long list you won’t keep.

3) Ongoing adjustment

As your body and circumstances change, we adjust the approach. That’s what makes it stewardship.

What you can expect

  • Clear explanations that reduce worry and second-guessing
  • Practical, gentle actions you can repeat without strain
  • Support for pacing, recovery, steadiness, and mobility
  • Written guidance you can return to as needed

What you should not expect

  • “Transformation” language or hype
  • Medical treatment, diagnosis, or emergency support
  • Constant messaging back-and-forth
  • A one-size-fits-all routine

Structure and pricing

I work with a small number of people at a time so the guidance stays thoughtful and personal. Stewardship is a monthly relationship. You can stop at any time.

If you haven’t yet completed the reflection, start there first. It’s the simplest, lowest-pressure entry.

Prices and availability (if relevant) are provided after the reflection so you can decide with clarity.

Longevity Stewardship includes:
Asynchronous written guidance
  • Clear explanation of what matters most
  • One high-leverage focus at a time
  • Support for keeping changes sustainable
  • Boundaries that protect calm and quality

This is designed to fit real life — and to support the long view.

FAQs

Is this coaching?
It’s closer to guidance and mentoring than motivational coaching. The focus is clear judgement, steadiness, and small changes that you can keep, rather than accountability or intensity.
How do you communicate?
Stewardship is delivered asynchronously through written communication (usually email). You write when it suits you, and I reply on set working days. This keeps the guidance thoughtful rather than reactive.
Do I need to be fit already?
No. This work is built around reducing friction and building steadiness, not pushing intensity. We start from where you are.
Is this medical advice?
No. This is educational and supportive guidance. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you have symptoms that concern you, seek appropriate medical advice.
What if I need urgent help?
Stewardship is not suitable for urgent or emergency situations. If you are concerned about urgent symptoms, contact an appropriate medical service.
How do I start?
Start with the Longevity Reflection. It’s the easiest way to bring your own patterns into view and decide whether this approach fits you.
