Hi, I’m Dr. Peter Bennett. I’ve been helping people move better, feel younger, and live more fully for over 30 years.

I trained as a chiropractor, but what I do now goes far beyond backs and bones. My work is based on systems theory — a way of seeing the world that explains why lasting change is so hard… and how to make it easier.

Why Systems Theory Matters

Systems theory is the idea that everything is connected—and that change in one part of a system affects the whole.

It’s why poor sleep affects your digestion. Why chronic stress can cause back pain. Why a small daily habit can change your whole outlook.

When you look at health through a systems lens, you stop chasing symptoms and start working with the root causes.


You stop thinking in terms of willpower and start thinking in terms of structure, support, and environment.

Meet Peter: A Systems-Based Coach

I’ve been a practicing chiropractor in Cumbria for nearly three decades, using gentle, non-cracking techniques to help people move and heal.

I’m also a Health and Life Coach, specialising in how beliefs and unconscious patterns influence behaviour and biology.

I’ve studied neuroscience, habit formation, ageing science, and functional health—not to become an expert in everything, but to connect the dots that too many specialists miss.

Over time, I realised that most health problems don’t come from a single broken part—they come from systems that are out of sync.

So instead of chasing the latest hack or fad, I help people reset the systems that affect their energy, pain levels, balance, digestion, motivation, and more.
